Curtain Wall System with Cover

Facade system with cap enabling long span applications carries out our all expectations with flat, round and almond cap options.

Therefore, the risks are eliminated. Also, the effects of wind and vacuum, which are the most important two factors of aluminum facade design, are included in the static calculations even during the proposal process. The appropriate systems to these calculations are selected and this information is shared with the customers.

Covered facade

Aluminum covers with 50 mm width are seen when looking on the outside. Different covers may be chosen on horizontal and vertical options on request. The difference of covered facade from silicone facade is glass panels being fixed mechanically with press profiles from outside.  

Covers are inserted on these press profiles. In this system, concealed vent opening outside or inside are installed on modules on request. Vents opening outside open when looking on the outside.

It can be integrated with normal or tilt and turn opening options using joinery vent profiles for whom do not prefer trussed opening. There are different options on filters and structures for angular facade.

Half-capped Facade

It is manufactured with the same principle as covered facade. Linear lines on one way (on only vertical or only horizontal doors) add visual richness to the building and it has a different aesthetic appearance. EPDM filters are used on fuga gaps on the capless ones.

The use of almond cap is common when the covered one preferred, however, there are other types of caps. There are also pvc caps being appropriate to these caps. Vents opening outside open when looking on the outside.
